Life.., as seen under magnification at molecular level is composed of chemical / biologic reactions. These reactions take place at different pace, and in different parts of our body. As there are always some odds of having errors, certain unwanted chemicals do accumulate and cause irreversible changes.
Thus when series of errors happen in sufficient amount, they lead to certain undesirable outcomes. This progressively gives birth to degenerative changes and subsequently to biologic aging.
